This section is not about listing strengths or values. It is about proving them through real situations. We want concrete moments where: • your strengths became visible • your values influenced your decisions • your behavior created impact Do not answer: ❌ A list of adjectives with no context. ❌ Corporate buzzwords. ❌ What you think companies want to hear. DEMONSTRATED IMPACT: CONTEXT · ACTION · RESULT
This section helps you communicate your impact clearly through evidence. This is where companies begin understanding how you think, solve problems, and create results. The structure • Context → What was happening? • Action → What specifically did you do? • Result → What changed because of it? Strong answer • Context: “A growing startup was struggling with high employee turnover and lack of team alignment.” • Action: “I redesigned the onboarding and feedback process and implemented weekly team check-ins.” • Result: “Team retention improved significantly and communication issues decreased over the following months.”
WHAT DRIVES ME AT WORK
This is not about salary or benefits. It is about understanding what genuinely gives you energy, meaning, motivation, and fulfillment in your professional life. • What type of work makes you feel alive? • What kind of problems do you enjoy solving? • What type of people or environments energize you? 12-MONTH PROJECTION

Do not answer “Learn the role.” “Do my best.” Generic goals. ADAPTABILITY
This section helps us understand how you navigate change, uncertainty, and challenges, and what you learn from those experiences. ❌ Bad Example “I had to adapt to many changes throughout my career. I always try to stay positive and do my best.” ✅ Better Approach Describe a specific change or challenge, explain how you responded, and share what the experience taught you about yourself.

This section creates clarity and alignment. It helps both you and the company quickly understand whether there is a strong fit. “It makes sense to talk if…” Describe the type of company, leadership, or challenge that aligns with you.
